EU removes more Iranian entities from sanctions lists

The EU has reviewed its nuclear sanctions targeting Iran, as well as judgments of the General Court and the European Court of Justice, annulling listings on those measures and has confirmed that various entities do not appear anymore on the EU’s sanctions lists, they include Moallem Insurance Company, Petropars Operation & Management Company (POMC), Petropars Resources Engineering Ltd., Iran Aluminium Company, Iran Liquified Natural Gas Co. (Iran LNG Co.), Hasseatic Trade Trust & Shipping (HTTS) GmbH, Naser Bateni, North Drilling Company (NDC) and Good luck Shipping Company LLC.

Furthermore, the EU has also confirmed that it has deleted the following entities from its sanctions lists: Bank Saderat PLC (London), Neka Novin, West Sun Trade GmbH and Oil Industry Pension Fund Investment Company (OPIC).
